New office building at ARDEX Campus
Mention competition 2022 in cooperation with GREENBOX LA
Client: Kepler Universitätsklinikum GmbH, Linz
Concept: The administration building on the ARDEX Campus forms the new backbone, in front of which the park with the existing buildings spreads out. The new building interlocks very naturally with the surrounding garden landscape through its soft building form and staggered heights. Green terraces create transitions here and offer great added value for the employees with casino, outdoor sports or outdoor working. The park landscape remains largely car-free and the valuable tree population can be largely preserved.
